The Speaking from Experience Podcast is a project that aims to introduce, trace, and reflect upon the fascinating journeys of graduates from the Rotman Intercultural Skills Lab. While we often showcase and celebrate the achievements of our community we realize it is also important to discover where we started from. We hope the series will inspire new members of the network, prospective participants, or anyone looking for guidance and direction as they start preparing to enter the workforce in Canada as newcomers.
